From foraging wild mushrooms in coastal forests to harvesting shellfish along the tide line, each experience is designed to connect you more deeply to the land, the sea, and yourself. Led by Chef Mycologist Anton Keys, these guided outings blend education, sustainability, and culinary craft. You will learn how to responsibly harvest, understand seasonal ecosystems, and transform raw ingredients into refined, coastal-inspired dishes. Each experience is rooted in partnership with local fishermen, foragers, and community organizations, creating opportunities to engage with the people and systems that sustain this region. Whether you are walking the forest floor, digging clams, or cooking over an open flame, these moments are about more than food. They are about connection, awareness, and experiencing the coastal landscape in a meaningful and unforgettable way.
